Curriculum

The Business Analytics course is delivered in 2 formats - Classroom mode and Online mode. The Business Analytics course curriculum has been designed in collaboration with faculty from Great Lakes and UT Austin McCombs School of Business. The teaching and content in the course is by faculty from Great Lakes, UT Austin and other practicing data scientists and analytics experts. The capstone projects are approved by Great Lakes and UT Austin McCombs School of Business Faculty.

DAY 1

Introduction to AI & ML
Foundations : Python, Statistics
Hands on session in Python programming.

SESSION – II
Introduction to NumPy
Introduction to Pandas
Hands on session in NumPy and Pandas Libraries.

DAY 2

SESSION - I
Introduction to Machine Learning

Supervised :
Algorithms
Linear regression – Working principle, Sample program, Use case example, Applications.
Support vector Machine - Working principle, Sample program, Use case example, Applications.

SESSION – II
Hands on session in Linear Regression models using Datasets.
Hands on session in Support Vector Machine models using Datasets.

DAY 3

SESSION - I
• Introduction to Deep Learning
o Open CV projects
o Computer Vision
• Introduction to Tensor Flow
o Tensor Flow - Working principle, Sample program, Use case example, Applications.

SESSION – II
Hands on session in projects regarding Image processing – Face recognition, Object detection.
Hands on session in Tensor Flow using datasets.
