Technology has been a disruptive tool in every domain be it education, healthcare, Banking, Administration, Automobile, Media, etc. It has become ubiquitous and conquered almost all aspects of our current day living. As per the World Development Report 2016 states that 80% of all existing jobs in the world are susceptible to automation in 2030. According to the UNDP Human Development Report 2015, between 2012 and 2020 almost 1.1 billion young jobseekers are expected to enter the job market globally. So, it is a great need to create the jobs of the future so that every youth of this Global Village-Earth gets employed. Else, unemployment will be a global problem hazardous than the nuclear war.
Technology has facilitated and progressed the world we are experiencing today. And this world took this form because of a bunch of innovators like Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, etc. The world will keep on evolving, transforming, changing, advancing and progressing. So, the design of the future lies in the hands of next generation innovators and their incomprehensible ideas.The solid reason for organizing the Summit is to bring the best of the great minds to a common platform for an extensive brainstorming on the technologies that could disrupt the way the world looks as on today. Thus, we need a next generation IT revolution, which will be an integration of innovative contributions from across the globe. This global phenomenon will create multiple new opportunities, both, jobs and businesses globally and would also serve as a platform for India to be a superpower.

Mission 3G intends to create an integrated deployment solution for the entire learning ecosystem with a vision to accelerate the digitization of Indian education by aggregating the finest solutions from the Global Ed-Tech landscape. The research data shows that 220 Million people will lose jobs due to automation in the next decade while the number of youth who need to be educated for a better future rises at the rate of at least 5 million per annum in higher education alone. We are being alarmed about the demographic nightmare we are going to face in the near future. If we fail to turn the 220 Million educable populations in to active human resources, we will face massive unemployment not less than 300 Million in next 20 years. This situation becomes even worse when 69% of all existing jobs in India are susceptible to automation by 2030 (World Development Report 2016).
The current education infrastructure is incapable of bridging this serious gap between education and job loss. This issue has caught tremendous attention in the all major policy dialogues and they have already declared that imparting access to digital education is the only solution to tackle this national education and unemployment challenge. This demands an ecosystem that aggregates these solutions and strong deployment platform that ensure this access to 320 Million students in our county. To be the leader of tomorrow we have to design and revolutionize our entire educational paradigm through technology solutions. Mission 3G “Build India, Serve the World”, is an Indian initiative originated from the dream of Dr. Sahid to digitalize the educational ecosystem of the world’s largest educable population. The project is headed by domain experts from Harvard University and other premiere institutions across the globe.
3G Startup Club aims to construct a sustainable entrepreneurial system for aspiring entrepreneurs to learn, design, develop and deploy. 3G Startup Club also has a campus model in which it expects to extend its operations to Indian academic campuses to advance the culture of entrepreneurship among Indian students. The members of 3G Startup Club will join the flagship “Unicorn Marketing Platform” of Project 3G where each member will be consigned to run the established sales & marketing of a defined locale. Throughout their engagement with the vibrant deployment ecosystem, the candidate will receive hands on experience on multiple fronts varying from sales to strategy under vigorous mentorship of industry experts. Members will be working under the mentorship of prominent business personalities. The prime qualification criteria for enrollment of membership is a startup idea on which the candidate will promise to be working on amid his tenure at 3G Startup Club.
The members of 3G Startup Club will be pursuing their Startup-MBA over the span of their membership journey from foremost institution. In the course of the 2 year journey the candidate will gain the break-even point towards his investment at time of joining. Apart from the responsibility of running the sales & marketing of Project 3G, the candidate has to work towards the prototyping of the idea he/she has which will receive subsequent investment from Project 3G in view of the innovative and business aspect of the product designed. The campus version of 3G Startup Club will be principally concentrating on aptitude development training relating to entrepreneurship. The campus entity will be bolstered by the respective city-wise established 3G Startup Club. The leading training programs of 2018 include 3G Ride, 3G Help and 3G Ace. The members of 3G Startup Club will be trained in diversified skills to flourish, sustain and achieve through future business ideas.
Mission Philanthropic Award’s guiding principle is “Give Back”. It advocates the concept of “Give Back” by creating a Global International body in India. This international body would aim to promote the value of philanthropy and honor the great philanthropists across the globe. These Philanthropists would be the one who have contributed intensely to solve the problems of the world. Mission Philanthropy believes that by honoring the philanthropists will be inspirational for many other people to take philanthropic initiatives and advance further.
Business in 21st century have evolved from profit making ventures to social agencies taking active participation in decision making, policy making and solving the social problems of the world. Businesses in 21st century are the solution to the problems persisting in the world. Today’s business ventures have taken a deep interest in solving this problem by adhering to the value of philanthropy. However, his trend of honoring people for turning businesses models into problem solving mechanisms is limited to certain class of noble people. Mission Philanthropic Award believe in advocating this culture across the globe so that the people who have achieved success in their lives could be able to give back to the society what he has achieved in the course of their life journey through philanthropic mission. It thus promotes the culture of giving back.
India CSR Forum is an initiative which aims to function as an aggregator of CSRs (Corporate Social Responsibility) across India. On one hand there are 32 lakh NGOs in India and on the other hand we have great organizations like Tata Trust who spend huge amount of money for their CSR initiatives. But there is no body either by private initiative or government initiative who can take a collective decision on multiple CSR projects in India. Rather than investing in multiple projects, India CSR Forum believes in taking a collective decision on right work along a right solution and aims to make the best use of the financial support to achieve a significant social impact in India. Also, the forum focuses on the private sector and civil society role in reducing the state’s burden through contributing to the deployment of the country’s development plans. It is a forum for government, CSRs and NGO’s to have a dialogue on welfare projects undertaken for the upliftment of society.
India CSR Forum projects to create civil society of CSR leaders in India, NGOs, CSR executives, philanthropists, business leaders, and government officials in India. India CSR Forum is a platform for making collective decisions on CSR funds. Social Intelligence Platform (SIP) is a digital platform for identifying distinct problems and solving those problems. It believes in solving the problems of society through the best deployment technology and thus advocating this principal. Moreover, SIP promotes the guiding ideology of 3G institute of Research and Policy Studies of being a tech think tank. Social Intelligence Platform holds the view that technology is the spirit of this age and thus technology is the best solution provider to the problems existing in 21st century. Social Intelligence Platform functions as an active open forum for democracy so that the roots of democracy can be deepen and to make India as a social intelligent country.
Social Intelligence Platform is intended to serve as a digital platform where people can come and raise problems which they are facing or have identified and other people solve that problem by innovating a sustainable solution. There will be weekly identified problems which will be posted by people on the Social Intelligence platform over a period of week and based on the findings and analysis these problems will be laid out in open for people to come up with a solution. The top problems identified and categorized by the Social Intelligence Platform will be solved by the philanthropists.
3G Pen is a platform that advocates the inspirational ideology of 3G Institute of Research and Policy Studies by creating a community of content developers and designers who writes for 3G Pen and the platforms associated with 3G Pen. 3G Pen is a platform, an entity to developing creative content destined to bring dissent in the social ecosystem of India. It operates as a non-profit organization and its membership consist of youth.
Content designing in its conventional form has been a professional job, but we at 3G Pen believe in breaking these conventions and permeating into new arena where content would be designed by the young sprouting minds. 3G Pen focuses on empowering youth and opening wide opportunities for them to build up their careers in the professional world and groom their professional communication skills. 3G Pen serve as an intellectual hub for the academic class to put down their thoughts in words. It’s a democratic space to give words to the mindful ideas.
